THE FIRST STEP: A DEEP CLEANING
Due to the dimensions and the complexity of the head, it's quite difficult to clean a blown film head.
We suggest, for the very first cleaning to use our ready to use grades, PO-CS and POE-CS.
These products will eliminate all the rests of old and burnt material as well as the pigments.
The result will be a production without gels and black spots.
COLOR CHANGE WITH BUBBLE RUNNING
With QUALIPURGE FC, you can change the color faster and during production, saving raw material and time up to 90%.
Using QUALIPURGE FC regularly will maintain clean your head and screw, avoiding black spots and gels during production.
BARRIER AND MULTILAYER
In order to improve the barrier effect, films may contain EVOH or PA.
Both materials burn easily, causing black spots and gels.
